Returns and Refunds

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. Ensure the package is sealed and protected to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to send your item to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
